DELIVERY & RETURNS
We want you to love your purchase from Bali Sands. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review the following returns and refund guidelines.
1. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Change of Mind

We may accept returns for change of mind at our discretion.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days.

A restocking fee may apply. Delivery and handling costs are non-refundable.
3. Handmade & Natural Products

Many of our products are handmade using natural materials. Variations in size, colour, and finish are normal and part of the product’s unique character.

These natural variations are not considered faults and are not eligible for return on that basis.
4. How to Return an Item

Provide proof of purchase and details of the issue.

We will confirm next steps, including drop-off at our store or return delivery arrangements.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
5. Delivery Issues

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos.

Risk of goods passes to the customer once delivery or collection is completed.
